Edward Heidinger II

Sunday morning at MGCB took a turn for the unexpected when young Ed wandered into the sound booth—an innocent curiosity that quickly turned into a full-blown passion. Fast forward to 2018, and Ed officially took on the role of Sound Coordinator, bringing vision, dedication, and a touch of caffeine-fueled enthusiasm to the job.

Determined to launch a live stream, Ed had a grand plan in motion… but as we all know, 2020 had a plot twist of its own. Through it all, he kept the sound running, the conversations flowing, and his coffee mysteriously disappearing (only to be found in the most unexpected places).

Outside of MGCB, Ed embraces the art of candle-making, gets lost in the meticulous craft of diamond painting, and unwinds with a feel-good movie. He’s also juggling full-time work as a Learning & Development Specialist for a Maryland grocer, while pursuing his Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resource Management. Oh, and as if that weren’t impressive enough, he’s a Presidential member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

So, whether he's adjusting mic levels, mentoring future leaders, or simply trying to locate his coffee cup, Ed is always ready for a great conversation and a new adventure!
